Theme graphics
An EdWeb setup currently provides about 10 or 12 pre-defined themes to be used on teacher web sites.
These were created specifically for EdWeb, and the original source graphics should not be used elsewhere, with one exception - as the basis to create additional derivative EdWeb themes, to be used on EdWeb sites. These can be done for fun, for free, or for profit, but the key point is... for EdWeb sites.
For documentation and training of EdWeb, take all the screenshots you want, and clip and crop the best you can to suit your needs.
Documentation graphics
Within the EdWeb Help site at www.edweb.us/help, we have Ed Webster turtle icons sprinkled throughout here and there.
You are welcome to use those if you are also doing training and/or documentation in support of EdWeb 2.0. Otherwise, authorization for their use is needed first - contact gthomson@tierrasoftware.com if you have a need, and/or interest, in using those graphics in some other way.

The official release of Open EdWeb has changed...
I got an urgent request to include a district-level 'Board Policies & Admin Regs' function into EdWeb in the next 2 or 3 weeks, and that's an important aspect for EdWeb going forward, so I pushed forward the release date to 09/07/2010 so that I can include the basic infrastucture pieces in the initial release.
